Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support Lake Pointe Village and Hickory Creek at Scottsburg. The TA will assist in developing and continuing treatment plans, support discharge planning, and contribute to case management while maintaining positive interactions with patients and staff.

Under supervision of a registered physical therapist, you will adhere to state regulations and provide services across multiple therapy settings.

PRN Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity at Lake Pointe Village and Hickory Creek at Scottsburg

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.
