Clinic Information

PT Solutions proudly has partnered with Advent Health Carrollwood, which is a 120-bed facility located in the heart of Tampa. This hospital is a registered Primary Stroke Center and recently hired 4 new orthopedic surgeons. Clinicians can expect to see/treat majority post op ortho cases, with some neuro mixed in. This is an all-acute care hospital. The team supports a total of 5 floors and is made up of 13 full-time employees (6 PT, 4 OT, 1 PTA, and 2 SLP).

Your Responsibilities as a PRN Physical Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• State licensure.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
