Summary of Job Duties: The Physical Therapist conducts examinations, evaluations, and develops care plans including discharge goals. Provides daily treatments to promote independence and modifies programs as needed. Documents in EHR, communicates with the interdisciplinary team, and participates in program improvement and education.
