Evaluates, develops an appropriate plan of care, and treats patients presenting with bodily impairments and functional limitations as medically prescribed.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Assess patient ability to perform functional mobility skills safely and effectively; evaluate muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems.
• Design and implement a treatment plan using practice standards, recommended techniques, modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient needs. Monitor response and modify as needed.
• Document and charge accurately, completely, and timely, using measurable and objective terminology, following standards of practice, insurance guidelines, and policies.
• Provide discharge planning and information on adaptive equipment and follow-up services.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals across care settings.
