Job summary

Seymour Crossing is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver skilled therapy services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings. The role includes evaluating patients, creating and adjusting treatment plans, and developing discharge plans to support patient progress.

You will supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, contribute to case management, and maintain positive interactions with patients and facility staff while adhering to state regulations.

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
