Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant at Seymour Crossing. This full-time position includes the ability to float to nearby campuses to provide skilled therapy under the supervision of a registered physical therapist.

You will work with patients in ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, including home health, SNF, and outpatient therapies, delivering direct therapy, tracking progress, and supporting discharge planning and collaboration with therapy staff.

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist.
