Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes

Job Requirements:

• Current unrestricted Texas LVN License
• Up-to-date CPR certification
• Current Driver’s License
• Auto insurance with your name on it
• TB skin test results within one year of hire or Chest X-Ray within 5 years of hire
• MUST be able to lift 50+ lbs
• At least 1 year experience in home health or facility setting
• Strong wound care experience required.
