Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following individualized care plans developed by Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring each patient receives quality treatment leading to excellent functional outcomes.
2. Developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs, with assistance from the physical therapist.
3. Assisting patients with all phases of physical therapy treatments and techniques.
4. Discussing treatment plans with patients and recording patient conditions and responses after each visit.
5. Maintaining continuous communication with Physical Therapists, Directors, Rehab staff, and facility personnel.
6. Operating and applying knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
