Responsibilities

1. Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery, including instructing nursing staff and families on follow-up programs.
2. Communicate patient progress or issues to the supervisor and team; assist with scheduling and record-keeping.
3. Document patient care per regulatory and accreditation standards.
4. Instruct families and nursing staff in follow-through programs.
5. Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and legal requirements.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
2. Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
3. Current CPR certification.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
