Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collection procedures and venipuncture; maintain log sheets.
• Verify order requests and patient information prior to drawing blood.
• Label specimens and deliver to processing area.
• Process specimens and complete tasks such as accessioning, centrifugation and packaging.
• Transport blood and other lab supplies between locations; float to multiple sites.
