Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred. Training or certification from an accredited program is advantageous, with travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification or approved training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient data accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for testing and ensure proper labeling.
