Job summary

HealthSource of Ohio is seeking a Pharmacist in Mount Orab, OH to provide quality patient care and medication management in a community pharmacy setting.

You will dispense medications, counsel patients on prescriptions and OTC products, and help maintain safety standards while supporting immunization services.

Qualifications

• Immunization Certification by accredited organization.
• Pharm. D. or BS in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• 1 to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications by reading medication orders and prescriptions; preform data entry of prescriptions, preparing labels; calculating quantities; counting medications and labeling prescription bottles and completing final verification of prescriptions.
• Anticipates needed medications and supplies by placing and expediting orders, verifying receipts, and removing outdated drugs.
• Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Provide counseling to patients on their prescriptions and OTC medications.
