Job summary

HealthSource of Ohio is seeking a pharmacist to join a team focused on quality patient care. The role involves dispensing medications, reading prescriptions, data entry, labeling, and final verification of prescriptions. The pharmacist will also anticipate needs by managing orders and ensuring a safe, compliant pharmacy environment.

The candidate should have a Pharm. D. or BS in Pharmacy with an immunization certification and 1–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist must have immunization certification.
• Pharmacist degree (Pharm. D. or BS in Pharmacy) from an accredited college.
• 1–2 years of pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications by reading orders and prescriptions; perform data entry, prepare labels, calculate quantities, and verify prescriptions.
• Anticipate needed medications and supplies by placing and expediting orders and verifying receipts.
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
