Qualifications

• ACLS and PALS preferred on hire; must obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide quality patient care; assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Coordinate discharge planning with care team.
• Follow age-specific standards in medications and procedures across adolescent to geriatric patients.
• Incorporate cultural and developmental needs into care plans.
• Maintain documentation in patient records per standards.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to improve outcomes.
