Job summary

Envision Imaging of Las Colinas in Irving, TX is seeking a PRN Patient Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on patient care, front-desk duties, scheduling, and insurance verification, with a pay range of $17.70 to $21.30 per hour.

Candidates should have 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, and must be detail-oriented, capable of handling fast-paced environments, and committed to excellent service. No travel required.

Qualifications

• One plus year of experience providing exceptional customer service – healthcare environment preferred.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.
• Ability to excel in a very fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to continuously exceed company and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls to the Center.
• Provides a friendly and warm greeting to patients and/or providers.
• Checks scheduled patients in/out and ensures proper documentation is received.
• Collects co-pays, co-insurance, and deductible if necessary.
• Reschedules and cancels appointments as needed.
• Monitors waiting room to avoid extended wait time and assist patients.
