Job summary

Sage Health is seeking a PRN Patient Experience Associate to support front desk operations and care coordination across Baltimore Market centers. This role handles patient check-in, insurance verification, and appointment coordination with a high standard of customer service.

The position requires strong organizational skills, experience with EHR, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Must be able to communicate clearly in English and Spanish when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced medical front desk or patient access role.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and insurance workflows.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and patient data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out using the EHR system.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays prior to appointments.
• Answer calls, triage inquiries, and schedule/reschedule appointments.
