Job summary

MedQuest Imaging in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a PRN front desk associate to welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with billing at the imaging center. You’ll support the team during PTO coverage and variable scheduling, gaining experience in a fast-paced medical setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 0–2+ years in customer service, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0 - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role or hospitality field.
• Strong customer service background and focus.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge and ability to perform accurately and efficiently on computer.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors at the imaging center and create a welcoming environment.
• Check in patients, answer phones, route calls, and schedule appointments.
• Collect balances from patients at time of service.
• Perform front desk/administrative duties as needed.
