Job summary

MedQuest Imaging in Durham, NC seeks a PRN Front Desk Associate to welcome patients, schedule appointments, and handle referrals with a focus on patient comfort. You’ll work as initial contact, addressing inquiries and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2+ years in a customer support or hospitality role.
• Strong customer service focus and professional communication skills.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, physicians, and visitors at the imaging center.
• Answer phones, route calls, and schedule patient appointments.
• Check patients in and collect balances at time of service.
• Assist with front desk duties and scheduling coverage as needed.
