Job summary

MedQuest Imaging, a trusted partner of Novant Health, seeks dynamic individuals for a PRN front desk role at Durham Diagnostic Imaging Southpark. You’ll greet patients, help with scheduling, and support the front desk during PTO coverage, with shifts planned 2 weeks to a month ahead.

Training is required during weekdays. Ideal candidates have 0–2+ years in customer support or hospitality and a strong focus on service, with flexible weekend availability and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors and ensure they are comfortable.
• Answer the phone and route calls to the appropriate party.
• Schedule patient appointments and check patients in.
• Collect balances from patients’ financial responsibility at time of service.
• Perform front desk/clerical duties as necessary.
