Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document patient demographics, policy and insurance details in the EHR.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; collect co-pays and inform patients about billing.
• Ensure accuracy of patient data to minimize errors and delays across departments.
• Prepare patient packets for upcoming procedures and handle down-time procedures per SOPs.
• Maintain professional communication and assist in financial counseling when appropriate.
