Responsibilities

• Follows registration policy to accurately identify patients and insurances.
• Obtains required signatures where applicable.
• Contacts physician office for new orders if incomplete.
• Collects payments and balances cash and credit card transactions.
• Provides point of service assistance across service lines.
• Educates and orients new staff as SAR II.
• Meets productivity and quality standards.
