Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Enter and update demographics and billing information in the practice management system.
• Verify insurance and patient information; obtain and scan required documents.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily cash/credit card activity.
• Schedule patient appointments and remind patients of upcoming visits.
• Assist with pre-registration and insurance changes/updates as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and clinic policies.
