Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking a full-time Treatment Support Technician to join our inpatient team. You will support residents through overnight programming, monitor safety and daily living needs, and serve as a bridge between clients and clinical staff to ensure continuous care.

The role involves assisting with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation, with training provided for crisis situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2- Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• If you’re in recovery yourself, we welcome your lived experience (18+ months in recovery required).

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
• Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
• Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
• Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism
