Job summary

Calvary Healing Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Licensed Therapist for a PRN, on-site role in Phoenix. The position supports adults in addiction treatment through detox, inpatient care, PHP, and IOP, with programs including yoga, art, and music as complementary therapies.

The Therapist will provide direct patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and lead group therapy within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related field.
• Arizona licensure as LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW.
• Must hold a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• BLS and First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.
• Handle With Care training within 30 days of employment.
• Experience in IOP and PHP programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure safety and well-being.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Facilitate group therapy to optimize peer experiences and input.
