Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.
• Must work minimum 2 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Minimum commitment of two Saturdays per month.
• Typical shifts are a minimum of 4 hours.
• Additional hours may be available based on clinic needs & availability.
