Duly Health and Care in Lombard, IL is seeking a PRN outpatient Physical Therapist. You’ll have time for patients, access to a strong internal referral network, and opportunities to develop clinical specialties. No double booking, no required marketing, and a focus on one-on-one care.

Minimum commitment is two Saturdays per month with additional weekday availability. Typical shifts are at least 4 hours. Compensation is hourly: $40.00–$55.00, with a $5.00 weekend differential on Saturdays,

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.
• Must work minimum 2 hours a week.
