Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN outpatient Physical Therapist in Lisle, IL. You’ll provide one-on-one care with dedicated time per patient, leveraging a strong internal referral network and opportunities to develop specialties.

Expect structured mentorship, clinical autonomy, and a clear pathway to growth within a physician-led group. Typical schedule includes two Saturdays per month, with weekday AM/PM options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license or eligible.
• Must work minimum 2 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Work with PTs, OTs, and physicians in an outpatient setting.
