Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Wheaton, IL, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team and deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative setting.

You will work with PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and APPs to provide high-quality care, with a schedule prioritizing quality over volume, including two evenings per week until 7 PM and last patient at 6 PM. This role offers growth and mentorship opportunities within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Degree of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum.
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including: Monday through Friday - two evenings per week until 7 PM, with last patient scheduled at 6 PM.
