Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.
• Must work minimum 2 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to coordinate care.
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in scheduling, including Saturdays and per clinic needs.

Education

Physical Therapy degree (DPT/PT)
