Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.
• Must work minimum 2 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one patient care.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians and APPs as part of a rehab team.
• Maintain clinical autonomy and deliver evidence-based therapy.
