Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our in-house rehab team in Texas.

This PRN role provides person-centered care to help residents improve independence and quality of life under supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities include planning and administering OT treatments, documenting thoroughly, and collaborating with care teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas OTA license in good standing.
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.
• Experience with SNF or long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer OT treatments to residents and patients.
• Provide OT services under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per policy and regulations.
• Collaborate with care teams and communicate with residents, families, and caregivers.
