Aventura at Walton Hills in Walton Hills, OH is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. This flexible opportunity offers PRN hours with no set minimum and competitive compensation, perfect for clinicians seeking supplemental income.

Qualificações

• Active Ohio OT license required.
• License in good standing with boards/regulatory agencies.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Net Health documentation experience is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
• Passion for helping residents maintain independence and quality of life.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating residents and identifying functional needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Addressing ADLs, IADLs, and functional independence.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Recommending adaptive equipment and safety strategies.
• Educating residents, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborating with nursing, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participating in care planning and team collaboration.
