Job summary

Aventura at Walton Hills is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Walton Hills, OH. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled OT services in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Ohio.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience with Net Health and PCC preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the rehab team.

Aventura at Walton Hills is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking for flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
