Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements advanced occupational therapy interventions under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Collaborates with OT to evaluate progress and update treatment plans.
• Instructs patients in use of adaptive devices and home exercises.
• Educates patients and caregivers on safety and home programs.
• Documents interventions and progress in medical records.
