Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Licensure in NC/SC and CPR certification.
• Prefer one year of experience in a home health setting.
• Knowledge of home health and occupational therapy procedures.
• Ability to transfer and guard patients and use therapy equipment.
• Professional communication with patients, families and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed OT treatments to patients across ages.
• Assist with program development and discipline operations.
• Communicate and document per agency policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to overall program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Organize work and maintain scheduling to improve agency performance.
