St. Elizabeth Home Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our home health team. The OTA will work with the OT and interdisciplinary staff to plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes.

This PRN position requires an AAS in OTA studies, an active OTA license, CPR/BLS certification, one year of OTA experience in a clinical setting, and a valid driver's license, with full compliance to all applicable laws and regulations.

Formación

• AAS degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or related field.
• Active registered OTA license in the state you practice.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR/BLS Certification.
• One year OTA experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Driver's License.
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes.
• Collaborate with OT and interdisciplinary team members to deliver home health services.
