Job summary

Messino Cancer Centers in Franklin and Sylva, NC, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide safe, accurate patient care, including assessment, labs review and medication administration. Role requires triage, patient education and clear communication with the multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration, biohazard disposal, real-time EMR documentation, and support duties across multiple clinic locations. Flexible hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree
• Unencumbered RN License in state of employment or multi-state license
• Current CPR and BLS certifications
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle for travel to other clinic locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, accurate patient care including assessment and labs review.
• Dose verification and administration of chemotherapy and related therapies.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications and treatment plan.
• Triage care and communicate patient condition to the team.
• Maintain EMR documentation and accurate charge capture.
• Assist with inventory and JBIs training; participate in cross-location staffing as needed.
