Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• Current RN license in state of employment or multi-state license.
• CPR and BLS certifications.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel to other clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, accurate patient care including assessment, labs, vitals, and medication administration.
• Triage and respond to patient needs; communicate changes to the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications and treatment plans.
• Document treatment in EMR accurately and timely.
• Handle inventory and supply restocking; participate in safety trainings.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to JBIs and policies.
