Functions under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications include an Associate Degree in OT, OTA certification, current state licensure or license eligible, and 0–3 years of long-term care experience.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification for O.T.A.
• Current state licensure or license eligible.
• 0-3 years of long-term care experience.

This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
