Flagship Therapy in Casas Adobes (Tucson, AZ) is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. The role offers flexible scheduling with a focus on geriatric care in a post-acute setting.

Pay ranges from $32 to $35 per hour, based on experience. Applicants must be graduates of an accredited OTA program and hold state licensure where applicable. All experience levels are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments as required.
• Report treatment outcomes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
