Qualifications

• OTA license is required for employment.
• Open to COTAs at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans compliant with standards.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment per regulatory requirements.
• Stand, walk, and assist with lifting/transfers; physical demands vary with patient care needs.
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Counsel patients, families, caregivers, and other providers on physical disorders.
• Prepare discharge summaries to ensure regulatory and clinical compliance.
