Flagship Therapy in Huntington Park is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitative services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. This PRN weekday position offers a flexible schedule and compensation between $35 and $40 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsabilités

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments as required.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
