Fairfield Post Acute Care in Fairfield, CA, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. You’ll help expand programs including Abilities Care (cognition), ACP, Big and Loud, and wound care, with freedom to create additional therapies to meet patient needs.

As an OTA, you will screen and treat patients with physical functioning disorders, participate in discharge planning, and collaborate with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• OTA license required.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments per standards.
• Assist with discharge summaries and coordinate with families and care teams.
• Participate in programs such as Abilities Care, ACP, and wound care.
