Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant for PRN weekend support in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to apply, with NBCOT and current state licensure as applicable.

Compensation is $35.00-$45.00/hour. You will provide therapy under supervision, support care plan implementation, collaborate with the team, and maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory requirements,

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Current license as a COTA in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
