Chatsworth Park Healthcare Center in Chatsworth, CA, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitative interventions for residents with cognitive and physical challenges.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsabilités

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments as required.
• Report treatment outcomes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
