Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our in-house rehab team in Texas. This PRN role supports residents by delivering patient-centered OT services under supervision and ensuring care plans are followed precisely.

Qualified candidates hold a Texas OTA license and a COTA credential, with SNF or long-term care exposure preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this flexible, in-house program.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of occupational therapy treatment practices.
• Experience with Net Health Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provide skilled OT services under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Respond to service requests and relay information to the OT.
• Ensure treatments follow the established plan of care and document Thoroughly.
