Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) and train staff.
• Maintain compliant documentation in medical records and communicate with families.
• Contribute to quality assurance and rehabilitation program development.
