Responsabilités

• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per OT Board.
• Treat patients per physician treatment plan.
• Assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides.
• Communicate patient progress with supervisor and health team.
• Participate in in-services training for staff.
• Record evaluations and recertification documentation per state practice act and payer requirements.
• Discharge planning involvement and caregiver training.
• Report equipment problems and maintain a clean treatment area.
• Relate positively with patients, families, staff and colleagues.
