Pine Acres Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide PRN services in various settings, helping patients regain independence and improve outcomes. The role emphasizes collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team, ongoing assessments, and tailored treatment plans.

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with patients, families and team members.
• OT degree from an accredited program and current state licensure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide PRN occupational therapy services in multiple settings (inpatient/outpatient).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to promote independence.
• Document progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
