Vertis Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team at Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru, Indiana. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy services, and monitor progress toward functional goals in a hospital setting.

The OT will collaborate with the healthcare team and may supervise COTAs. Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Licensure: Valid OT state license or license eligibility.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and strong clinical assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and develop individualized OT treatment plans to improve independence.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed.
• Participate in or lead team development meetings.
